Day 1: Serenity Urban Taste - Hanoi Bustling Street Food

Our Hanoi Street Day Tour isn’t about overwhelming you with tons of food options. Instead, we carefully select each culinary experience to offer an authentic glimpse into the daily lives and flavors of the city. This street food adventure is your gateway to explore historic landmarks, lively street art, and the irresistible, diverse flavors of Hanoi.

8:00 – 8:30: Pick up from your hotel (in Old Quarter) and start a tour to St. Joseph’s Cathedral

Located in the lively Old Quarter, St. Joseph’s Cathedral – a prominent symbol of Hanoi’s historical depth, featuring French Gothic architecture. It’s an ideal spot for a peaceful yet insightful look into Hanoi’s spiritual essence.

 

9:00 AM: Train departure for Long Bien Bridge, offering stunning views of the Red River and a glimpse into the daily life along its banks.

(Train Times: 6:00 AM, 9:00 AM, 3:15 PM, and 6:10 PM.)

Post-train journey: Head back to the Old Quarter for a deep dive into the street food scene, sampling everything from Pho to local coffee.

Our Hanoi Street Day Tour isn’t about overwhelming you with tons of food options. This street food adventure is your gateway to explore historic landmarks, lively street art, and the irresistible, diverse flavors of Hanoi.

8:00-8:30 AM: We’ll pick you up from your hotel in the Old Quarter and head out on National Highway 1A towards Nam Dinh. Our guide will fill you in on what to expect for the day.

10:45 AM: We arrive at Nam Chấn, the heart of water puppetry. You can bike or stroll around to see how the locals craft these amazing puppets.

12:00 PM: Time for lunch! We’ll stop at a local spot to dig into some delicious Phở Giao Cù, a specialty of Nam Định, while our guide shares some cool facts about this famous noodle soup.

1:30 PM: We’ll visit the Water Pavilion where you’ll get a chance to try puppeteering yourself.

2:30-3:00 PM: Hear from the artisans about what their shows represent and the stories they tell.

3:00-3:45 PM: Enjoy a live water puppet show, a unique Vietnamese tradition.

4:00 PM: We’ll start heading back to Hanoi.

6:00-6:30 PM: We’ll drop you off where we started, wrapping up a fun and enlightening day.

Ninh Binh is a beautiful province located in northern Vietnam, approximately 100 kilometers south of Hanoi. Known for its stunning natural landscapes and rich cultural heritage, Ninh Binh has become an increasingly popular destination for tourists from all over the world.

07.00-08.00: Our tour guide and driver will pick you up at your hotel in Old Quarter. If your hotel is outside the Old Quarter area, the meet-up point will be at the Hanoi Opera House. From there, we will travel by air-conditioned bus to Ninh Binh, where we will spend the day exploring the highlights of the region.

09.40: Having a short break for 20 minutes.

10.30: Visiting Hoa Lu, the ancient capital of Vietnam during the Dinh and Le dynasties. Here, you will have the opportunity to visit the temples of the Dinh and Le kings and learn about the history and culture of the region.

11.45: Enjoying lunch at our restaurant with great local cuisine.

13.00: Departing to visit Trang An attraction with majestic limestone cliffs, mysterious yet inviting caves, and deserted green fields. Take a boat trip to visit the cave complex: Sang Cave, Toi Cave, Ba Giot Cave, and Nau Ruou in around 2.5 hours.

15.30: Hiking up Mua Cave (Mua mean Dance) with over 500 steps up to the top of Ngoa Long Mountain with a panorama view of Ninh Binh City, Ngo Dong River.

17.00: Getting on the bus and going back to Ha Noi.

7:30 – 8.00 Our convenient bus picks you up from your hotels in the Old Quarter. The bus rides on 5B Highway to Hai Phong, take you through a typical view of Vietnam with stunning paddy fields and local villages.



10:15 Arrive at Got Harbour Station and get on the speedboat to Cai Vieng. From here, another bus picks you up and drives you to the Center of Town. 



11.30 Have lunch, check-in hotel in Cat Ba Town.



14:00 The tour guide comes and picks you up for Cat Ba National Park trekking. You will spend a short time trekking through Kim Giao forest, reach the highest point named Ngu Lam peak, and embrace the whole island’s great view and the reverse biosphere. 



17:00 Come back to your hotel.

19:00 Enjoy dinner and stay overnight in the hotel. You can walk down the town street to experience the daily life in Cat Ba.

6:45 Breakfast will be served at your hotel



7:45 Our tour guide picks you up from your hotel 



8:15 Check-in Cruise, enjoy welcome drinks and friendly smiles from our crew. The tour guide then provides key information about the cruise, itineraries, and other notes.



8:30 The trip starts! Our captain steers the cruise slowly, and the poetic scenery of Cai Beo ancient fishing village constantly appears with floating houses lying along the mountainside. 



9:30 The cruise will stop at a floating house. You will row your KAYAK across the cave Tai Kéo to see the vivid scenery of the underwater world. If the tide is too high (the water level rises up to cave entrance).

10:45 Come back to Cruise and relax.
11:30 Lunch served with Cat Ba fresh seafood and Vietnamese traditional food.

12:30 The boat moves to the Ba Trai Dao Beach area where you expect to swim among the cleanest part of Lan Ha Bay
14:15 The cruise heads back to the harbour by a different route where you can keep admiring the romantic landscape of Lan Ha Bay.

14:45 Sunset Party with fresh fruit & cookies.
15:15 Arrive at Beo wharf and say “Goodbye” to Lan Ha bay & our cruise team. 

15:30 Transfer back to Hanoi by bus & speedboat.

19:00 Our bus drop you at our office at your hotel around Hanoi Old Quarter.
